Semi-regular customer here, first time purchasing from this place after the lockdown. To summarise, my overall experience from this place has been pleasant; I always enjoy what I get with no major issues. We usually order from here once every 1 or 2 months, and purchase some combination of triple value deal. The quality of the service is decent enough; the front-counter person is always polite and the time taken for my order is well within the extent of my patience. (Especially considering the size of the order and the other orders they need to tend to) The food itself is good, leaves me full and satisfied. The pizza have a nice crust to them and the toppings are usually generous. I like the garlic bread. Itās probably the best side option they have. In regards to issues, the pizzas can get a tad dry possibly due to lack of cheese. Sometimes the toppings could be done better, e.g beef and onion pizza not having enough onions. Overall, the positives outweigh any issues I have. I have relatively lax expectations with this food and they are met wholesomely. That lady keeping my partner to wait for 10:30(finish time )and then she said she canāt make it because she didnāt receive any order from the app. I have to go there to show my payment from my phone but she still said it fake order. How I can make fake the ASB bank payment I asked if u not the make my pizza give me my money back Then I asked for the manager she said the manager not here while I talking to her she have walk away from me do other stuff I canāt believe I have received such a poor service from Pizza Hut Papakura which is my local and frequent regularly. Trainees should be monitored and therefore substandard food is less likely to leave the store. Duty manager is the rudest person ever. Only wanted to send out another one, which was no good as kids needed to go to bed. Then offered a free one when i phone my next order in.
