Bake&Beans Mt Roskill — Restaurant in Puketāpapa

I had ordered 3 cakes ( for my baby shower, my daughter's 6 months birthday and my son's 4th birthday)from them till now. First custom cake from them for my baby shower. I was bit worried about cake texture , flavour and size.....I sent them pic of the cake in a day before of my baby shower and i was suprised they guys were happy to make customise cake, Actually, I asked many cake shops all said u need to order 1 or 2 weeks before. Cake was very beautiful and it was the best cake i have ever had. It was super soft,sweetness , flavour ( orange and chocolate) texture was perfect. Second time, cake was so preety i ordered minni mouse customise cake and i also wanted to colour according to my daughter dress i sent them daughter's dress picture for cake's colour and really they guys do amaging job. Third time (yesterday) we celebrated our son's 4th birthday he wanted spiderman cake i sent them picture and asked about same colour as picture they guys made perfectly... Also, if you don't know about size like what size will be good for your occasion just tell them no of people you invited they will tell you perfect size. Yesterday I order for 8 people and i wanted to check other flavour so , I ordered mango and berries flavour ....OMG cake flavour was on the top level. To be honest it was really really yummy ...even All of the guest loved it including kids. I would recommend them for all of the special events. They are super helpful and they make the best cakes. I still did not even taste the cake yet!! I am extremely disappointed with the snappy and rude staff. I did not realise that me and my wife had gone to Mt.Roskill outlet instead of Sandringham outlet (It was my mistake, I admit that); since we were in a hurry to buy a cake. They close the store at at 7p.m and it was almost 7p.m. Before going to the store, I confirmed with them (Sandringham store) and they said the store is closing at 8p.m. Meanwhile choosing a cake, I realised that they were in a hurry to close the shop and something was not right. I purchased a cake, and while leaving the store, I said to them nicely that I confirmed before coming and was told that the outlet will be closing at 8p.m. (because I had called Sandringham store).. I tried to explain to the staff that I called and I was told so and so.. Because they seemed annoyed having us at the store and couldn't figure out what wrong we have done to annoy them so much. The lady was like, "This is not Sandringham, its Mt.Roskil, YOUR MISTAKE" [WITH A TON OF ATTITUDE]!!! And literally kicked me and my wife out of store! We understand you might have had a rough day, it happens in life.. YOU GUYS DON'T HAVE TO BE SO MEAN AND RUDE! IT DOES NOT COST TO BE NICE TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING. EVERYONE HAS PROBLEMS IN THIS WORLD, NOT ONLY YOU! FORGET ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU DON'T KNOW...
