Worst worst worst , they think they are god and so rude , you cannot give them feedback , yuk lassi, because they think what they make is directly come from heaven,

Reply to response , I think google is more concerned about business owners , because I was not able to reply to your response but I can edit my review , so here i am , let me clear one thing to you , what you served is not a "lassi", its yuk and your customer support was worst , and ye lassi taste different from place to place , but honestly speaking here its not a matter of variation in taste , the product is totally different and as far as my qualification is concerned, I dnt want to comment on my qualification as that's not relevant here but if you follow my travel history , you will get the idea about my food experiences and its my first bad review and its not because of your yuk lassi , its because of your worst behavior , bye hope you get my point , customer can avoid taste of bad food but bad behavior is not tolerable...

Went to Roops yesterday and was highly disappointed with their service. We ordered a simple thali and they told us the wait time was around 15 minutes. We were seated and it was 45 minutes and even then our food didnt arrive. Upon going and checking with the lady at the counter she rudely said I told you its going to take around 20 mins. And i informed her that we had already exceeded our 45 mins and she said "yeah so what, it takes time to make food". And said it will take further 15 mins...i said okand went back to my seat. Finally our meals arrived and they had given us wtong curries. We ordered pitato curry and instead we got paneer. And in thecother thali we ordered rotis but got puris. When we informed them that its wrong stuff we got, the lady in gurati said " kai vandho nai, adjust karli lejo". Overall bad experience. Zero customer service and not ready to own...

Location: It's close to the shopping area on Richardson road. Parking: Roadside parking available just outside the restaurant. Value of Money: This place offers a good range of home taste food at affordable price. Seating: This place is primarily a take-away place and not much attention to the interior of the restaurant. They have 4 Rajasthan style seating - huge tables and heavy chairs. Service: Service is slow and you need to be mindful when you order as the next item you order may take longer. Taste: We ordered a variety of items including 2 thali's and the food was very close to taste at home. Overall impression: A good place to enjoy or take away home-like cooked food at affordable cost but would recommend...
