Lil Cuzzies — Restaurant in Puketāpapa

Would NOT recommend. Came in today and ordered 2 lattes, woman behind me ordered the same thing. After the coffee was done they called out “2 lattes”, so naturally I went up to pick it up. Suddenly the male barista SNATCHED the coffees out of my hand and gave it to the lady who had ordered after me. I was very confused and shocked by this rude gesture and asked for an apology, which they refused to give, the manager saying how busy they were and told ME to sit and think about how it would feel to run a busy coffee shop. I wasn’t angry about their mistake because everyone makes mistakes, but it was their ATTITUDE and refusal to give a SIMPLE APOLOGY, directing blame on their customer instead of accepting their error. The barista could have simply ASKED me what my order was before SNATCHING the coffees from me. Kept telling them all I want is a “sorry”, which they told me I was just wasting my time by waiting for one. Beautiful coffee - gorgeous depth of flavour, exquisite milk texture, and perfect presentation. This is a great little family run spot to stop in for a fix - what a VIBE! The staff are warm, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, chill and welcoming. There is a wide selection of tempting baked goods including cakes, cookies, pastries, quiches and even cheese toasties.
