Asahi sushi — Restaurant in Rodney

Have eaten here many times before. Today took a friend and we got a couple of Bento boxes, just over $50. Food was Ok. We had left over rice so put it in a takeout container. I thought it was a bit rude to then be charged 60 cents for the takeout container given what we had paid for lunch. I should have just walked out and left the box ... But I paid as had my guest with me. We won't be back! Future...

The food, the staff and the atmosphere are great! I had a main, some sushi from the cabinet and a miso for a vegeterian diet. A must try if your in the area... no local needs to be informed how good this place is. If in doubt.. grab a miso.. i'd go here just for the fantastic miso...

Really beautiful food. I had a salmon sashimi Bento Box and it would be done of the best sushi I've had. It seemed like a small family run business and the chef took great pride in his work - you could see how pleased he was to see everyone enjoying...
