Wok Fusion — Restaurant in South Island

This place seems to be the favourite of the locals who either work or live in the suburb. The lady boss knows many of the regulars. Food is generally alright, as expected for any fast food or Chinese takeaway outlet. But the service can be surprisingly BAD depending on who serves you. I had quite a few BAD experiences with the lady boss who normally talks to me in our native language. For a $12.90 dinner box, customers have a combination of 5 choices of food. On one occasion, one of the friendly staff had served me 4 food choices and asked me which 5th choice I wanted. The lady boss interrupted and stopped him from giving me the 5th option. She talked to me in our native language, saying that I should pay more. On few occasions, I saw that she served big portions of food for the customers before me in the queue. On my turn, she served me smaller portion when I paid the same price for the same dinner box size. When I requested more, she said that it was already full. Obviously, the serving of food in my dinner box was less than what others were getting, AND it was not even considered FULL. The employees are nice. I do not understand why the lady boss treats me differently. No wonder I had not met any Asian customers during my many visits. My advice to the lady boss is to treat all your customers equally. When you're paying $24 for a large dinner box on uber eats you'd expect the food to be decent. Everything was undercooked from the egg to the s&s pork. The chicken nibbles were pink as hell and the wontons were soft and raw, not crispy in the least. The only good thing was the two onion rings I bought. Disappointed as I remember wok fusion being awesome and not as expensive! Sadly won't be ordering again but I do hope you guys read some of ur reviews and take the time of making sure things are cooked properly for...

Ordered and paid for what I thought was a simple order or chips and a doughnut. The shop was empty when I walked in. Ended up waiting around 25 minutes if not more while many others came and left with dinner boxes. It looked as if my order was made wrong as another doughnut was quickly cooked.
