KFC Kaitaia — Restaurant in Te Hiku Community

I wasn't going to post a review but because this is the third time now that it happened I thought I'll do it this time. I go to KFC for the spicy wicked wings, but for a third time, my order was missing chicken. The first time it was 1, second time two, and today there's one. They are not off their feet this afternoon. It was a very quiet drive through so why they're not counting properly. I was tempted to count right there and then remembering the last time I ordered a bucket of wicked wings but I thought no, they're not busy so I'm sure it's okay but of course not. Not good enough, hence this review. And I hope the person who serve me today learn how to smile. I know she must be tired, it's 4.34pm but she could be a but cordial. I will still come once in a while for the wicked wings but please customer service is...

I purchased a family bucket $37 side options 2 lg coleslaw 2 lg chips. I tell you....im taking the coleslaw back. It was bitter because the white ends of a cabbage had been processed as well. No carrots...no cabbage greens just white processed bits of cabbage which should have been thrown away when shredding. And...because i was hungrey i managed to eat a quarter of the coleslaw. The chips were not fresh and the chicken was not fresh either greasy.

When you work hard and hand over money equalent to a good fresh chicken...green coleslaw with a few bits of carrot and fresh chips you want to go back again. Maybe its just Kaitaia Next time im going to Whangarei KFC or Keri Keri way. Honestly bloody terrible dinner. Shame on you...

Hated it. I hardly ever go to kaitaia KFC because honestly its dirty, understaffed, rude staff, and time after time they amaze me how they mess up my orders. I viewed a manager growling/and contesting with customer who had an extra pot of gravy missing out if her order. The manager was aggressive. It was not good to have to sit and watch. We thought it would've been so easy to hand over the pot of gravy but "no". At the end of our meal we found that customers gravy in amongst our order... which staff were adamant they put in disgruntled customers packet of food.
