Kaitaia Bakehouse Cafe&Roasts — Restaurant in Te Hiku Community

"I recently visited Kaitaia Bakehouse Cafe, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The staff seemed disorganized, and I stood there waiting and had to get their attention before we were acknowledged. The servers appeared indifferent and inattentive, which definitely impacted the overall dining experience.

Moreover, the food itself was rather disappointing. i had to send my food back becuz the egg was overcooked, and the other was fully undercooked. The menu offerings were good and had variety. The quality of the dishes did not align with the prices charged, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and presentation.

Overall, my visit to Kaitaia Bakehouse Cafe was underwhelming. The issues with service and the lackluster food left a lot to be desired. I hope that the cafe can make improvements in the future to offer a more enjoyable dining experience...

It's been a while since we last visited this super little place. The food was tasty with generous portions. The staff there were really polite, friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The service was awful! The staff acted like they didn't want to be there with slothful delivery of our food and inability to speak.
