Been a customer for many years via phone and often eat-in too - my orders are typically $60-$100. Sometimes they would make the odd mistake with an order, but most of time there were friendly staff and good service in that your food was almost always correct and tasty, although it was never speedy in arriving at your table - I'd give them 4 stars. However, during the last couple of years or so some of the food quality has dipped. For example, chicken fenders used to be delicious, but after ordering many dozens hoping for an improvement, now almost every piece has gristle and fat and the seasoning is not as before. BF Windsor Park are making more mistakes with phone orders and by the time you get home, it's too late and some of the errors mean ruined meals for family & friends. Other regular issue is that they hardly ever answer the phone after 5pm! Dozens of attempts during an hour and you cannot get through - they do not pick up, or let it go to voice-mail. Very frustrating when you don't always want to order online, you just want to phone your order in and pick up. If you then order in person the wait times are, "just 20 minutes", that turn into 45 minutes. This is supposed to be quality fast-food, so when the fiasco stretches out to 90 mins end-to-end, what's the point? I used to be such a fan of the BF franchise and mostly avoided other outlets, but when you factor in the primo pricing, lack of phone answering, travel and wait times, it's actually quicker, wallet-friendly and far more rewarding to make your own burgers at home. Sometimes I now do just that using primo ingredients, making my own in far less time and with far less hassle. With the practice, I've got quite quick too, whilst BF all too often just stumbles...Yep,...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the kind of genuine hospitality that instantly makes you feel like a regular. Front-of-house star Oliver deserves a serious shoutout. Not only was he warm and welcoming, but he also guided me through the menu with the kind of enthusiasm that tells you he actually loves the food here and for good reason.
The burgers? Absolutely next level. I went for the signature Bacon Backfire and it was a perfectly stacked tower of flavor — juicy, tender beef, just the right sear, a soft toasted bun, and toppings that actually complimented rather than overpowered. Every bite was balanced and bold, with a smoky kick I’m still thinking about.
And let’s not forget Noah, who I caught working the line it was clear he takes pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen. The care and consistency coming out of that kitchen? You can taste it. These aren't just burgers; they’re crafted.
Whether you’re a burger purist or you like yours piled high with extras, Windsor Park has something special — and the service from Oliver and the team just takes the whole experience over the top.

Read moreOrdered online 2 hours early to avoid having to wait around outside with crowds during COVID lockdown. Even though I placed my order very far in advance I was still made to wait outside in the cold in a large crowd for over 30 minutes before being told they have not started processing any online orders and I would have to wait another 45+mins.
I asked for an immediate refund at the time and was refused that. I was told that I would receive an automatic refund in a week and that I would not have to chase it up. Since then I have emailed a request for my refund, received an a amateur automated response, and still not received my refund.
It’s been 3 weeks and I feel like you’re hoping I’ll just forget about it.
Last time we ordered from Burger Burger and there was a mistake with the order, to make up for the mistake their staff DELIVERED the items that were not provided to our home the next day with no extra charge. That service is what...
