Nom Nom — Restaurant in Vincent Community

We haven’t been to NomNom for quite a while and yesterday our first visit since change of ownership. Decor is lovely. Tried the hot chocolate with home made marshmallow- the hot chocolate was thick and real chocolate ( proper Belgian style) and the marshmallow the best I’ve had. Back today to try the icecream, had the 5 taster scoops of creme egg, biscoff, salted caramel, hot cross bun and peaches &cream - amazing. If you’re in Central I wouldn’t miss stopping here...

I have been asked to justify my three star rating. Upon reflection, I will upgrade it to a 4 on the basis that it's clearly popular, has a loyal client base, and my partner loved it and went back on three consecutive days (bless). I guess this is the place you go for a really classic kiwi ice cream experience. Generous helpings but limited flavours. I have different preferences in ice cream but that's just me. So four...

Particularly good rich creamy ice-cream. Heaps of flavours - I did the 5 flavours for $5 tub - all delicious (turkish delight, hokey pokey (my favourite), lemon meringue, salted caramel, apricot and chocolate) and it was very good value.
