Lovely cafe at Tirau, had our lunch here with the whole family, as a stop before going to Putaruru. Lots of cabinet food to choose from, their steak & cheese meat pie are gorgeous, you should try it! Plenty of outsids seats. Staff was very accommodating and friendly which I really loved. Does bring a different vibe when people serves with a smile!

A cute roadside cafe in the rural town of Tirau. I only stopped in to get a takeaway coffee while passing through, unfortunately the coffee wasn't very good. The flat white barely had much foam on top. The cafe area and cabinet food did look nice though. I'll try somewhere else for coffee next time.

Wide selection of pies and other baked goods here. Meat pies, wraps, sandwiches, drinks, etc. it’s a very busy little town so parking will be pretty hard to find right outside but you can probably find parking down the street.

A cute roadside cafe in the rural town of Tirau. I only stopped in to get a takeaway coffee while passing through, unfortunately the coffee wasn't very good. The flat white barely had much foam on top. The cafe area and cabinet food did look nice though. I'll try somewhere else for coffee next time.

This little cafe bakery in Tirau is a gem. The food was wonderful. I had a steak bacon and cheese pie and a piece of caramel slice. Literally the best I've ever had. The cafe isn't pretty but the staff are lovely. The coffee wasn't the best so next time I pop in I'll buy water or juice but the food makes it well worth a visit as we...

Good solid bakery food in Tirau....which usuallt can be a little hard to find affordable food in. Baking their own food at this little café! Friend rated the Afghan biscuit...I had the potato top pie. Excellent. Lovely service and at least 5 other things I would have got if I could have!...
