First of all, staff was great. Just the one guy working. Only one other family in at the time.
The best bits:
Pizza's looked great! Base tastes good Chips where nice and crispy The mozzarella sticks where awesome Proper mixed fuel oven, can get the wood fire taste!
The not so good bits:
Got two pizza's - plain old cheese and the bbq.
Too much cheese on the cheese pizza, was overwhelming and ruined the taste. The tomato sauce needs a little refining too.
The brisket on the Bbq was amazing! Unfortunately it is so flooded with sauce that it becomes inedible and you can taste the flavours.
Conclusion:
