We were three, two wanted burgers and one just a milkshake. We asked delivery through their App and they failed to send the milkshake. I call them immediately and the girl at the phone just said she can give me a free milkshake next time. She never offered any action to solve the current situation, she said the best she can do was to ask us to pick up a new milkshake(?!) I asked for a refund and she has no idea how to do it either, she needed to talk with her manager and asked me for my phone number. Suddenly, she stopper hearing me and asked me the phone number like 5 times and then asked for my email because she wasn’t sure how the manager will contact me. Giving her the email was such a challenge!
