It's a chain but it's good. I was searching for "Kumara Fries" and found them here, enjoying a lunch time snack. The burgers look amazing but I've been pigging out and need to slow it down just a little bit before dinner later. So fries it is. Cooked to order, I had high expectations not knowing what "Kumara Fries" are. And now I know - they're basically what we Americans call "sweet potato fries." Not bad at all, they were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Just the right amount of salt and served with a small pot of "aioli". The restaurant is clean and busy. The guy who took my order was friendly.

ENGLISH Burgerfuel in Wellington was a real ray of hope as far as burger branches are concerned. The boys "behind the counter" were super friendly and we were served quickly. The prices were reasonable and the burgers of good quality. It tasted more like a small burger manufactory than a branch. The caramelized onions were the hit, the meat juicy but not greasy and the fries super crunchy with its own dip. We had burgers with 100% grass fed New Zealand beef - you could taste that! The saying "New Zealand's original gourmet burger" is definitely justified, but try it yourself when you're around. Feel free to follow my Google Maps profile, check out my other reviews and be sure to visit foodadvisorblog!

I’d really like to give BurgerFuel the full Monty of stars for the ambition of delivering a higher standard of burger options than other McBurger franchises. For example, I love the idea of a plant-based Impossible burger with a side of Motobites (deep fried vege balls) and a gingerbread shake. On receiving this unnatural concoction my stomach reminded my brain that food decisions need to be reconciled by my digestive, not my intellectual, system. The combo sat even heavier given the cost - over $30! This was definitely not a Happy Meal.

The place looked premium and in the centre of the city in Te Aro but i was amazed to see the burgers were very reasonable. The triple veggie vegan burger was really good and a good bet for both vegan and vegetarian meal. 12-15 dollars for a burger is quite reasonable and they also have a good amount of snacks to buy with it. Fries, bites and fenders are good to try along with their milkshakes and thickshakes.

Quick service. Burger made to order. Reasonable price. Despite franchise burger store it’s much better than fast food chains and quite comparable to premium burgers. Grass fed beef (they claim) and free range chicken. They also vegan options for vegan/vegetarians. Children menu available as well. Cleanness generally well managed. Overall a very good quality burger and friendly service.

The best burger in town. Their can accommodate few groups inside and outside as well. Quick service. All the cutlery stuffs are provided. I had a mini burger which was enough for a person. Regular portion is big. Reasonable prices. I love the vibe. Halal certified chicken and beef. If you want it Halal, please tell them when putting the order. Very fresh and clean. Proper packaging.
