Before visiting BurgerFuel was just praying for getting a good nearest parking spot but I tell you it gave me a great sense of relief to see it has an ample parking space that too their own. I was very sceptical as it was my first time choosing BurgerFuel as was craving real bad for good burger. Had heard so much about their burgers but thought its just an exaggeration but I was proved wrong after experiencing myself. We tried different burgers and my family loved each bite of it. I personally would say American Muscle is unmatched, it was just like I had expected it to be, it stands alone and don't think it has any competition at least in New Zealand. Its looks captivated me and then its aroma was damn satisfying. The beef was as juicy as I wanted and the way it was done was awesome. I like a lively atmosphere with images which are melange of colours and art and I am glad I found it in BurgerFuel which increased my enjoyment manifolds. The staff there is composed of vibrant and hospitable individuals who went way beyond to ensure we have a great experience. The way they gauged my family's needs and made us order the right burgers was spot on. We were astounded how quickly our food was available to us. I reckon if its not the pre-eminent restaurant then at least, its for sure one of the best restaurants when it comes to factors we choose to step out of our homes for some good stuff,...

Went on 20th Dec for dinner. Nothing in particular that was absolutely terrible, but mnay little things all added up to make it a pretty pathetic experience.

We ordered the Bosozoku burger, with the Sakura shake, and the Turbo-rashi fries. Kid ordered the kid's meal.

First off, they didn't have the ingredients to make the Sakura shake. Disappointing. We got just normal THICK shakes (we'll come back to that soon).

The wait for our food took 23 minutes, from paying to the first tray of food coming out. Slow! The place wasn't even busy.

While waiting, we were told that they don't have ginger for the burger. Annoying!

When the food came, a lot of it was quite pathetic. The new, special burger was simply the fish fillet and a bit of lettuce... that's it! Sad! It was also not very filling if you're hungry.

The fries were tasty, but pretty small portion. Dumb.

The THICK shakes were, you guessed it, NOT THICK! Fortunately, they were very tasty shakes.

Oh, and of course, they forgot the kid's drink.

So, TL;DR? Let me sum it up ... a myriad of little things added up and made the whole dining experience range from disappointing...
