Smoothies!! Coffee!! I highly recommend to come here for the smoothies, and the delicious coffee! We did the power green smoothie, and it had collagen and protein in it. And it tasted great!! The rest of the food was OK! I love bagels, especially bagel sandwiches Unfortunately, they made a big mistake, and they didn’t toast the inside the bagel, so it was soft. Bagel sandwiches are usually a little bit crispy inside and out! I also saw no options with eggs. Why not serve a breakfast sandwich? Also, the bagel was not hot and was almost room temperature. The salmon was great though, needs more capers. I love açai, unfortunately, the açai here was not cold enough, and was almost watery. The flavor was good, but they did add sugar. The granola in the açai was much too hard to even eat, almost broke my teeth. We asked for a natural lemonade, and you can tell it was artificial. The mini pancakes was also almost room temperature and you can tell it was probably cooked 10 minutes earlier. They may have cooked the pancakes first and then Made the toppings, instead of doing everything at the same time. But they tasted OK. The Customer Service was pretty bad. I think we met the owner at the beginning and she was Very nice, unfortunately, she wasn’t the waitress. The waitresses here had a mean face when they were not serving you and folded arms Like they did not want to be there. But they did smile when they did serve you. But they did not come by and ask us if we needed more water, or if the food was good. Once they serve the food, you never saw them again, unless you waved your hand asking for the check. When we got there, nobody else was ordering food, and there was a big table that was leaving. We were the only people being served, and it took 40 minutes to get two of our three plates, and after we got the two plates, we had to remind the waitress that we ordered açai, and we got that 20 minutes later. One hour to get a meal is unacceptable. The great thing about this place is the interior is amazing! They did a great job with the decorations and the atmosphere. The cost of all the food in the pictures below and the unnatural lemonade, cost us about $43. I would say about $10 too expensive. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this place, unless we are getting a Smoothie!

If you are looking for a bagel compared to one you would find in NY, your crazy. However if you are looking for a good bagel in Nicaragua, this is a good spot. Cream cheese seems to be fresh (better than most I have tasted internationally) and is a good starting point to your day. Iced coffee is good (they use glass straws which is a plus)

Delicious variety of Bagels. The restaurant is really nice and have comfy chairs. There is enough parking space in the plaza. Bagels are pricey but very tasty. Everything is good but they just need to work a bit more on the customer service.
