Rare territory are my five star reviews but, my late dinner pasta choice hit all the stars and to enjoy another Italian restaurant in the big city is even more of a rare feat. Just like my other top pick La Piazetta this evenings meal was an ultimate flavor harmony. We specifically seek out the original Pane e Vino off principal los robles for its atmosphere and plethora of seating areas. Professional staff and service for all your needs. Started the meal with wonderful fresh plate of caprese. Wife had the chicken lasagna with white sauce. Creamy, rich and surprisingly filling. I made it a point to slowly savor my deliciously balanced spaghetti with clams. Perfectly prepared clams and pasta incorporated in a glossy, garlicy, buttery sauce. My husband and I dined at this restaurant a few months ago. While the service was outstanding, our overall experience fell short. We chose this spot for our date night because I have a passion for Italian cuisine, and my closest friend is Italian. Unfortunately, we were both disappointed with the main dishes, as they lacked seasoning. When it came time for dessert, I ordered the chocolate mousse, only to find it was frozen. I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. It tastes like pure, authentic Italian food something you can’t find in Nicaragua. I just felt that the customer service was a little inadequate. I had to look for the waiter to get my drinks. The food came out very quick within 10 minutes. The atmosphere was great. And the food was amazing.
