Attentive and welcoming, inclusive service, with a bilingual English & Spanish manager on site. Calm, comfortable, unpretentious service and vibe. I noticed gatherings of families and couples, and our larger group there. Great dinner music, options of different spaces (with Air Conditioning, patio and a covered bar with large TVs to watch sports), and comfortable ambience for different types of dine out experiences. We dined with a table of 10 on a Thursday evening. There were 2 servers assisting our table. Responsive, knowledgeable service! My Caribbean chicken was grilled well- juicy and perfect sweet piña chili sauce to pair! Good local beer list- super chilled beer. Sangria could be enhanced with some fresh tropical fruits in the wine. Our family and friends all enjoyed their meal (tender ribs!), and the service made our last dinner with the extended family and friends before our return home abroad special. We could connect over the meal, talk, listen and be heard. We are also thankful for the parking attendant. The neighborhood of the restaurant is located in the Los Robles is mainly a private, office commercial area with more security. There are other restaurants nearby too. JIMMY 3 FINGERS is tucked in a bit further in a calm area. Thank you! We are glad to have chosen this restaurant and will gladly return on our future...
Read moreI'm really disapointed about this restaurant. I used to be a costumer in their previous location, but since they moved to the new place, I don't know what happened to the owner. I decided to never go again to Jimmy Three Fingers when, one night celebrating my cousin's b-day; they diluted our tequila in water, a 50-50 mix, and they charged 10 more beers in the bill. When we complained about this with the Manager, the very owner, drunk as hell, came at us yelling and acusing us that we didn't want to pay. C'mon man! We wouldn't go to your restaurant if we couldn't pay, your prices are not the cheapest in Mga... In conclusion, don't go there, unless you want the worst costumer service ever, diluted drinks and more items that the ones you consume...
Read moreIt was a fine night until they brought the bill, showing that my group of friends have been drinking like drunkies. For instance, for two people, they were charging us as if they drank 17 beers. C'mon, dude, they would've been standing! We were complaining and the famous (or notorious) Jimmy came to my table yelling – in very bad Spanish, by the way – that we were accusing him of stealing. We were trying to calm the Southern dude down, to no success. He kept yelling, saying that his place is "the best in the country." Well, well... My suggestion: don't go unless you want to get upset and mistreated. I guess that's the Alabama style Jimmy refers to. (And by the way, fresh food? I've...
