ZAZU Restaurant — Restaurant in Giginyu

At first,the restaurant looks cool and nice and that’s the only good thing about the restaurant. I went there this evening and thought I will enjoy the place with my small money because I had little money on me but as Halloween night I thought to spend the little money with my sister I ordered something about 7400 and when they brought bill I was seeing 9000+,why? When I know I ordered what I could afford There’s a particular staff that was extremely rude(the man that brought the bill) he was shouting at me for wanting to know why my bill was higher than my budget I lost appetite and couldn’t even eat the stuff I ordered.it’s just crazy,rude,annoying and embarrassing. Everyone had to know “she ordered what she can’t pay for” whereas I ordered what I had money for. Management should fix the attitude of that staff.this is my first time there and it definitely going...

This was our second time there. Some improvement from our initial visit. The food was nice. We had starters, main course and dessert and I couldn't fault any of that!

I still think they need better staff coordination and training. They need hall manager(s) to better supervise the staff not because they're unruly but because they lack the necessary training.

They also need better/seamless communication with the kitchen. When we ordered, we made it clear that we'd like to have our starters first and the main course could wait until we are ready. So also the dessert. But everything was served at the minute risking our main courses to go cold & our dessert to melt away.

We had to ask twice for those to be returned to the kitchen until later.

We then asked for our food to be packaged but still confusion set in with the kitchen.

Good ambience with nice services. The service delivery also was quick. Dined-in with friends after a long day in Kano.

The waiters were courteous ushered us in and arranged table for group, lucky it wasn’t crowded.

Had the Singaporean noodles 🍝 with option of beef stripes, it was lovely and spicy as i wanted it with Shirley Temple mocktail. The wings were alright but need to be more generous with the portions.

My friend had chicken bonne femme which on the menu it stated “with option of choice” but they didn’t ask him just brought fries for him with it lol.

Parking is very limited.. Also no ramp to cater for disabled ♿️ or baby pram
