Considering there are better options to Tak Mahal like the very close Corner Indian Grill I don’t really find Taj Mahal all that bemusing. It’s not a bad restaurant and the services are good but in comparison to the alternatives you have out there, not too great bit okay. I’d rather keep going the above mentioned alternative than go to Taj again. I think they can do better with he quality of their Tandoori; they served us fried chicken not Tandoori! I am writing this review after visiting all Indian restaurants in Kano. Having tried at least two meals at all places, I will highly recommend Taj Mahal restaurants to you all.

Preparation of food by chef Chadan Singh was excellent. The quality of the food was consistent, and the people were just great. Highly respectable and sensitive to customers' needs.

I saw a lot of Nigerian friends also like their food.

Today, 24 March 2019, i ate there. Their food was not fresh. The mutton kadai hardly tastes like one, besides being served in minute tiny little bowls. The biryani was stale and had old decomposing mutton in it. No fresh meat.
