Genesis Restaurant, G.R.A Port Harcourt. — Restaurant in Rivers State

I went here in a Saturday so it was relatively crowded and the customer service was prompt and helpful but besides that I was really dissapointed.

I have heard alot of bad reviews about their meals but I still decided to try it for myself. It wasn't a nice experience.

What I had Fiesta fried Rice [1200] Barbeque Chicken [1400] Mr. Cream yogurt [800]

First the fried rice didn't have any taste, it felt like I was eating colored rice, then the chicken had too much spice, I just just overwhelmed. I had to finish it because I was hungry. I still enjoyed my yogurt regardless of how the food tasted.

I have been here a couple time and the last time I had breakfast which was actually nice. They do better when it comes to snacks and breakfast but they need to upgrade their food.

The environment was hot even when it wasn't crowded, I did t like that either and the environment is nice but not too good...

My colleagues and I went here to grab a meal and the first thing that struck me was how quiet and peaceful the place was. I was also happy to see the variety of meals they had. However, all the good feelings I had when i stepped in evaporated when one of the sales attendant curtly informed me that I wasn't allowed to take pictures of the place.

My irritation further increased when the floor manager approached my colleague who was making a video, and rudely asked her why she was making a video.

It's understandable if it's against the policy however, your the manner you convey these policy to your customers matters.

The customer service was nothing to write home about but the stir fried potatoes I bought was nice. Unfortunately, I can't say same for the fish sauce because of the number of...

Nice place to visit with family. The menu is large, and food is tasty. The restaurant shares the same space with the popular genesis cinema so you can watch a movie after a meal. It boasts of secure and ample parking for all its guests.

The staff that cater to customers are sufficient in number, so it is easy to call their attention if needed. My reservation about the place is the uncomfortable soafers that seem to be sinking...
