The restaurant seemed understaffed for the busy evening, which might have contributed to the mishaps.

The bathroom was dirty and without water. I had to go from the bathroom to the restaurant to get bottled water to wash my hands after using the bathroom. Note that the manager did offer to get water for me, but this was to be done using a dirty mop bucket, which I had to decline.

Our server was not informed about our prepayment, leading to an embarrassing situation where she came running after us as we left the restaurant. This could have been avoided through better communication.
