Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Wuse II

I have been here a couple of times. Their meals are great.

Their customer service has work, unfortunately not their staffs cause they are clearly working on direct instructions which they can't fault.

I once visited and was told I couldn't drive in because the space was kept for the owner. (I found this interesting)

I usually Dine in , and food and drinks are being serve, one day, I walk in to Dine as usual, and I'm told that all bar orders are picked up even as a Dine in customer.

Mind you, Dine in orders are served differently, so pls how do I handle a hot cup of tea that's served in a glass to my seat.

I have had a situation where I'm already eating and I'm told to come get my green tea. Pls make it make sense.

Today I had the opportunity of meeting the the co-manager or owner (a middle aged individual) who dismiss me and pass me to the staff to log my complain, while I specific asked for him to logged my feedback and complains on the service. He further went on to dismiss the waiter without any concern or professionalism.

4.A so-called "Friend of the owner " told me to take my money elsewhere if I couldn't stick with the rules. For this I have no comments, he clearly wasn't intellectually sound in his opinion.

Now, let's address this rule, "All bar orders should be picked up at the bar (both Dine in and takeout),

My concern: How am I to pick up hot items with the way they are being served? What happens if there is a spill?.

My suggestion: if u want your rule to be applied, all hot and cold servings should be presented as take out.

Would I be visiting again, No. Take outs: Yes.

Personally, I don't think the establishment cares for their customers or feedback.

Their meals on the other hand is a 8/10. Kudos...

It’s a great, cozy space with great food and drinks. Our initial server, Abdulmunim definitely deserves a raise. He was helpful, patient, friendly, and polite. He helped us make our choices which were amazing by the way. Everything was going great until his shift ended and someone else took over. He was rude, and looked like he didn’t want to be there. Any questions asked were met with a sarcastic or disinterested response. He cleared our table halfway, and then just decided he wasn’t interested in doing that any longer. If you love coffee and sandwiches this is your spot! The bartender was very nice and welcoming . When I went there it was empty , i and my friend had the place to ourselves. It was peaceful. Portions are big , was able to only finish 1 bread and was full. You'll need to budget 13 - 15k for 1 sandwich and a drink . What I didn't like is that you don't get access to the prices , the menu is on the wall but no prices attached . They tell you the price is on the system .
