Shiki sushi Bar — Restaurant in Fredrikstad

After spending a few days in Norway, I chose to explore the sushi quality of different restaurants around Oslo region.

I can say already that this is the restaurant that stands out for their quality and price ratio. The pieces they serve here are of good quality, well presented and felt fresh. I felt I was in Japan again.

The slices of Salmon were thick as you may expect them in a good restaurant. That particularity and combined with the fat infiltration of the salmon they used made my choice to go to this restaurant worth it.

Wonderful little sushi place with great service. Had run out of soy sauce at home and they gave extra with my order, even though it had neither been ordered nor mentioned. For free! I believe they might be psychic.
