Peppes Pizza - Larvik — Restaurant in Larvik

Ordered 3 pizza 1 Italian style ham , 2 ham/pepp 3 glt,free heavy Heaven. The gluten free bun was crispy, lacked a little taste but ok. The Italian and half/half, was lacking allot of cheese and ham. On top of that the pizzas had been in the oven a little to long so the pizza and cheese was dry. Had to force my 2 kids to eat it. After a long day at the swimming hall i just wanted to go home and not deal or complain. 80$ /800kr bill If a pizza place messes up a ham & cheese...a service on the oven is probably due or perhaps basic training on staff before hiring. As giving reply on the food as i was paying the bill, i was offered maybe a fix but since the payment went threw i was to late. Had they visited the table like any normal resturant "did everything taste good" that could have been sorted then. With 50% capacity they where more eager to get a pizza order in. The kids pizza was ordered 10min before our pizzas came....so 3 pizzas didnt go in the oven at the same time, so the over done pizzas happened more then 1 time. Is the point if eating out, not making food one self and receive something atleast better then one makes.

Peppes pizza is not what it used to be. The only 4 peppes pizza ive been happy with, Tønsberg. Drammen. Sandvika. Oslo s.

Absolutely bad. The food was wasted even though it's a chain restaurant and most of the stuff comes pre-prepared. Chaotic, inattentive, almost irritated service. Lack of will to compensate for their shortcomings. We ordered two small thin Italian pizzas, they took the order and came back after 10 min to say they didn't have the dough for small ones. So they offered two make it half and half on a big one. We waited a while and the food came. The dough was raw-ish in the middle and the bottom tasted bitter and smelled burnt, like the oven wasn't cleaned for a while. A sad meal it was... After seeing how the service has been handled around the place we decided to just eat what we got and leave, instead of complaining. In the end we had two pay for two small pizzas (bad deal I would say). We asked if we could just pay for one big pizza to which they agreed so they made the more expensive half the price of the whole pizza, even though the other half was a margarita. Awful service. It took a while to get seated and then took forever to get the menus. After we ordered, they never brought our drinks or food. We waited 50 minutes before we got our drinks. After over an hour, we got our pizza. It was burned and didn’t taste good, with barely any meat or cheese on it—just dry and burned. The waitress never asked if the food was good or anything. It seemed like the young staff had barely any experience. No goodbye or anything. This place definitely needs improvement. Right now, I really cannot...
