Kjøkken og Kaffe - Strandtorget — Restaurant in Lillehammer

9am on a Saturday. Self-serve. 2 pieces of cake and two machine-made coffees = 250kr. Coffee was unremarkable, fresh milk in a thermos provided. Cake was dry and had been sitting long enough to taste like the fridge. Apple cake was average, strawberry cake was dry and strawberries were a bit overripe when they were gelatin coated. Store was clean and presentation was nice. Staff was seated in customer area and didn't come to the counter until I was looking around to find them. Since I had taken some time to decide on my self-serve food, I found that a bit odd.

Price not commensurate with...

The place offers good space and plenty of tables. It’s situated in an area surrounded entirely by stores so people walk by all the time. Didn’t have to wait long to get the food, but I was a bit disappointed over the size of the lasagna that I ordered. The price is kr.269 and most of it was sauce, and a portion of it was even burnt. The salad that came with it was underwhelming. It was topped with two slices of coarsely chopped red onions. And the bread was cold and dry. Too expensive for the amount and appeal of the food...

Skuffet over dagens middag! Bestilte stroganoff gryte til 240kr med noen få kjøttbiter i og 1 sopp bit. Mest saus. Litt potetstappe og en salat. Burde vært lunsj pris. Lite smak. Altfor mye penger for så lite middag som ikke mettet voksne normale mager. Forventet mer. Til den prisen!!Skuffet over middagen vi som spiste der også. Måtte smake pannekaken i barnemenyen jenta mi spiste og den var heller ikke noe å skryte av. Ikke rart hun ikke spiste opp🙈 Går vel ikke tilbake dit neste gang, desverre. Veldig synd da dette bruker å være et stopp.I tilegg når jeg spurte etter dressing på salaten fikk jeg beskjed om å gå å bestille dressing. Heldigvis var det andre ansatte som hørte det som sa det lå...
