We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and ordered the tenderloin. The portion was a bit small for the price, but the flavor was excellent – especially the sauce, which complemented the meat perfectly. The rest of the dish was a bit chewy in places, but overall still good. It came with potatoes on the side, which fit the meal nicely.

We also ordered some wine, which was fine but nothing special. Dessert was a bit underwhelming and not really worth mentioning, but the service was outstanding. There was a small mix-up with the bill where a few items we hadn’t ordered appeared, but the staff handled it quickly and politely.

Anker restaurant: Bestilt bord i forkant av konsert i kulturhuset. Meget lang ventetid på maten (mer enn en time - og det virket som alle måtte vente like lenge). Lite oppmerksomhet fra personalet, mikset med hvem som hadde bestilt hvilken drikke. Og da maten kom, breiflabben med risotto så ut til å være ferdig tygget, fisken var seig/overkokt og det hele så lite appetittlig ut. Pinnekjøtt var også dårlig presentert, men smakte OK, selv om man nok forventer litt mer til prisen.
