Mandalsstua — Restaurant in Lindesnes

Delicious, inexpensive greek food. However, this resturant does not get 5 stars because it is really unreliable. We drove to this resturant for over an hour. Google and their most recent Facebook post containing opening hours said it would be open. The door was locked. We waited outside the resturant for an hour, trying to contact them via Facebook and calling them. No response. They could at least have left a note...

We love Greek food, and have lived close to Mandal for years, never imagining "Mandalsstua" could be a Greek restaurant - color me surprised, this was authentic tasting Greek food! Not too many choices on the menu, well stocked drink selection and nice service - perhaps a tiny bit on the expensive side, but portion size was good so that evens out. Great atmosphere and pleasant workers, we'll be coming...

Rita is amazing and treated me like a king. I arrived late, but Rita was so kind and prepared an incredible dinner just for me.

If you are in Mandal, I suggest you eat at Mandalsstua. You will be treated like royalty, too 😉
