Ordered and paid extra for the Red Curry with Duck through Wolt, and by far this turned out to be one of the worst food experiences I've had in a long time. The duck tasted stale, as though it was cooked several days ago and reheated. That wasn't even the worst thing. I found two long strands of white hair in the food. I complained to Wolt, with picture evidence, who then passed my complaint on to the restaurant and they responded to say that I was lying about the quality of the food and that Wolt should not refund me. I also called the restaurant directly because I could not believe such level of utterly abysmal customer service. I spoke to a woman who told me that the hairs in the food could not have come from their kitchen because all their cooks have short hair. I have dark, curly hair. The guy who delivered the food was an African kid. Those hairs certainly did not come from me & I live alone so it could not have come from anyone else but the restaurant. She was very dismissive and rude, telling me that several customers have already lied about finding hair in the food to swindle the restaurant. I mean, if several people have already complained about hair in the food then that should tell you something. But no, it's because customers are lying. Just look at their responses to negative feedback on this very page, very condescending and rude instead of taking customer feedback seriously. After just 2 bites of this horrid dish, it went straight into the trash because I feared for my health if I had eaten the rest of it. There are many good Asian dining restaurants in Oslo. I eat take out food a lot so I know the average quality a dish must have. I like to support local businesses so I decided to give this restaurant a try. I should have stuck with my regulars. Da jeg ringte restauranten skyldte de på leverandør og at fisken er slik når de pakker den ut. Hvis dette er tilfelle, skaff dere for all del en ny leverandør og ta ansvar for maten dere serverer. Denne maten blir folk dårlig av om de spiser. Mattilsynet burde tatt seg en tur her!
