McDonald's Storo — Restaurant in Oslo

I think this is so far the worst McDonald’s spot I’ve ever been to. Not to mention that it’s freezing inside, bathrooms are disgusting, taps aren’t running water, dryers aren’t blowing air and on top of that food is just bad. It’s cold when it’s served to your table…AC too strong or is it just lying there for too long? Today we ordered Big tasty bacon and it came in this condition (picture) - like what do you do with the box to serve it in such state? Throw it around?

Like with all the respect for people who work there, but put a little bit more effort into work you’re doing and...

Did not open on time, neither according to the opening hours in their own window, or the "always updated and accurate" times on google maps, which they instruct you to check and rely on according to their own webpage.

Had to leave without getting any food or beverages after waiting 20 minutes over the described opening hours, and their doors were still closed, and the staff still washing the floors. Disappointing. Weather it was a delayed opening, or they had posted the wrong hours, ot still was a waste of time for me, that I could have used to get food somewhere...

always 2+ /8 order stations out of order, always filthy, always empty for napkins/ketchup/salt/pepper. often items missing in order. (like 80% of times) ordered big tasty - got a quarter pounder sized bun alot of times.. when i got a Quarter pounder meat patty i contacted the manager, he streight up lied to my face saying it has been quarter pounder sized for months..headed to a different mcDonalds downtown and got the real sized one week after. way too many employees to be doing such a bad job. this review is based on 1 year experience, and i eat atleast...
