Espresso House — Restaurant in Sandefjord

Terrible. For a coffee shop that As the name suggests is an expert in coffee.... It was the worst I've ever had. The coffee was burnt and bitter and it was absolutely disgusting. I would easily recommend somebody go to Circle K and get one of the free machine coffees because that's better.

Not only that, when we came in the girls were standing behind the counter having a chin wag (Just chatting to each other) And there were dirty plates and cups everywhere. All throughout the coffee shop. Nothing had been cleaned up. It was filthy. On top of that the service was quite mediocre and when we ordered the flat white and a cappuccino the " Barista" didn't even think it necessary to mention which one was, which we actually had to ask.

Bad service. Bad food. Bad business. Find somewhere else for your coffee if you want something good. If you like burnt bitter dirty tasting coffee...

Stay away. Dette er ikke verdt pengene eller servicen. Kjøpte lunsjtilbud - to bagels og to små latte. Bagelsene ble varmet opp og levert ut, men så var det kaffen da. Det varte og rakk, og etter at jeg la merke til at kunder som kom etter meg fikk utlevert kaffe måtte jeg spørre damen bak kaffemaskinen om hun hadde glemt meg. Nei det hadde hun ikke mente hun. Jeg opplyste at jeg hadde kjøpt lunsjtilbud av henne, men hun var veldig uvillig til å tro på min etterlysning. Hun lurte hovmodig på om jeg hadde betalt for kaffen, om jeg hadde fått utlevert bagelsene og på bekreftelse så ville hun sjekke i kassen om det virkelig var bestilt og betalt. Da hun endelig hadde besluttet at jeg skulle få mine to kopper med latte så prioriterte hun nye ordrer først. Ca 20 min etter at vi hadde fått våre bagels som nå var blitt kalde, fikk vi endelig utlevert kaffen. I tillegg minus for manglende bestikk og skitne bord. Aldri mer Espresso House i...
