Fly Chicken Thor Dahls gate — Restaurant in Sandefjord

I wake up Sunday morning, pounding headache, naseoua is now the only feeling I know, and the next few hours is spent hovering over a toilet, no food in the house, stores are closed, but fret not, rescue is on the way. My best friend decided to buy me takeout and where else would I order than from fly chicken, their loaded cheddar fries is exactly what I need rn. The only thing missing for this to be a perfect hangover meal is a croissant. You see, I’m quite the croissant enthusiast and I seemed to be in a predicament, do I order from somewhere that has croissants instead? But then I remembered, they have croissant burgers at fly chicken, so surely they must behold a croissant somewhere in their fortress! I sent them a note with my order begging and pleading for nothing else than but one simple croissant, and it brought a smile to my face when my delivery came and in it was a second box, with the writing “have a fly day” on it with a smiley face, and what’s in the box? That’s right. One tasty buttery croissant to relieve my hungover pains.

Honestly it for real made my day and I’ve now eaten the croissant and I feel a lot better :3 it’s given me the power to get up and start a stardew valley world, and what more can you really ask for than fly chicken loaded cheddar fries w truffle mayo, a croissant, and...

I am very disappointed of this place , I have ordered the popular variant of sandwich with chicken and I have received the chicken overcooked on the exterior and the size of it makes it impossible to eat due to the arrangement of the ingredients and the size of it , in the moment I bite the whole ingredients falled apart and was a mess. The bun size is too small compared with the chicken meat and the skin from the chicken is not taken of and is offering a chewing weird taste. I really do not recomand the french fries, they are overcooked and full of oil and the seasoning on the top has a strange taste . I do not recomand delivery or pick up due to surprises . It was the first and last time I try this...

I literally dream about the smoky and spicy fly hot saus and I ordered another small tub for 30kr.

I ordered 2 chicken thighs, and got one upper leg and one under leg in 2 pieces, (ie one hen leg in total, which was pretty disappointing)

The legs are fried in a dry batter which makes it a tiny bit uneven and stale after a while, but after travelling 1h home it was still crispy and soft after a couple of mins in the oven. However it is still the best fried chicken in South Vestfold and grenland and I cannot recommend the smoky, spicy fly hot saus enough, if you like those flavours.
