Mr. Shawarma — Restaurant in Muscat

Any restaurant is not about food only, its about food, service and overall ambeince too. Mr. Shawarma is good in taste and quantity, but poor in service. First, they have unnecessarily big hall, which was not havong comfortable temperature at all when we visited for dine out, toilets were not clean, guy who took order was unable to explain the dishes.in the end he didnt provide us the bill, just told the amount verbally...... However, food taste and quantity was v v good.

Bottom line, its not a place to visit second time for us..

The restaurant is over rated. The design of the dine-in is not tempting and not beautiful. I Tried both chicken and meat Shawarma. The chicken is not special at all and the meat is good but the sauce is really really bad, I would not recommend it.

For the cost, one Shawarma costs 500 baisa, I don't think it's worth paying this amount for the quality of...

I only buy Shawarma from them, its the best as they fill your sandwich with beef and they fill it alot and not oily, unlike other restaurants where you can find some empty parts of the sandwich without beef or chicken and the sandwich it self is soaked with oil..
