Blazing Buds — Restaurant in Karachi Division

Had a very disappointing experience at Blazing Buds jinnah avenue.

I ordered their Mac n cheese (my go to since they opened) and chili chicken BAGUETTE sandwich. Mac n cheese was decent as always, but I cant even begin to describe how the baguette sandwich was, hopefully the picture attached will do some justice.

It was neither baguette nor something good enough to be at a restaurant. The order was takeaway and I was in hurry so I didnt get to properly resolve this issue. However, I did tell the server that this is not baguette to which he replied that this the only type of bread they have, upon pointing out its not even brown bread (was asked my preference at the beginning) he kept insisting its brown bread and wouldnt accept his/kitchen’s mistake.

Idk if this is how their baguette sandwiches are, if so they should rename it cuz its very misleading since baguette is a different type of bread 🥖. And if they didnt have it available they shouldnt have taken the order. It didnt even taste good enough, couldve made better at home : / Moreover, the staff needs to be taught accountability, the server was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to accept the mistake.

The fries had a weird taste also making me question the quality of its cooking oil.

Went to this place today. Had a steak sandwich, lasagna, roast beef sandwich, sandwich with wasabi ( don’t remember the exact name).

Had a good perception in mind and wanted to try something new. When the food was served, all that perception proved wrong. I don’t mind giving a high price if the food is good. But charging around Pkr 600-700 for a midget burger is not right. In this amount you can get a good quantity and quality of food from any other restaurant present in the same area.

Yes, the quantity of food didn’t match the price at all. Plus the waiter didn’t even bother to tell the exact burgers that we ordered so at the end we ate each other burgers which was disappointing. The taste was somewhat okay (don’t know which burger it was).

I don’t understand why you have compromised on the quality and quantity of food. Maybe its because of getting orders over the limit or what?

One advice: Please don’t lie on the menu card. You guys should exactly tell what you are serving. This is the only way you can run...
