Burger Lab-Malir Cantt — Restaurant in Karachi Division

Recently been there 2 days back. Ordered one meal which included chicken piece which was extremely disappointing. Taste was bland and was not even good in quantity, It was all bone. Plus, their patty in burgers is so small as compare to the bun size. I was happy to be back after almost 3 years but they disappointed me so bad! I ordered chicken nuker along side my other order. It was okayish. Not like before. Not worth the price. 950 is way too much for that burger. Animal fries was sooo soo bad. Anyone who loves fries like me, please do not order those fries you’ll be extremely disappointed. I paid almost 600 for simple plain fries. Literally It only had few onion and that’s all. I left my lunch and asked them about the animal fires on which the cashier asked me to sit and told me his sending the fries back. There was not even a single chunk of tikka that is one of the main ingredient of animal fries. No olives or jalapeños or any cheese sauce lol. The cashier send the same exact fries with jus a little bit more sauce on top. That’s all! I swear, I’m so Mad cause I gave treat to a friend and I feel like I waisted my money. Never ever coming back. Air conditioning was extremely poor. It was bright noon and humid.

Waiter was really nice. The only good thing was the waiter. He was very attentive and polite.

Waisted my money, you consider thrice before ordering your food, it’s a total waist of your hard...

It used to be great but the last few times that I ordered, all the onions were completely burnt. Like, literally jet black onions. This time I added a comment to not burn the onions and they even called me to confirm what I meant by my comment to which I clearly told them that last 2 times the onions were burnt, so don’t burn this time. The guy said okay.

Then the order came. I had ordered a Zingster pro with crispy onion topping and a regular animal fries. These people charged me full amount of order but the zingster pro was missing the second patty, and of course, THE ONIONS WERE BURNT once again. The animal fries onions were okay. But animal fries taste has also gone from a really good one to just some cheap thousand island and chipotle mix.

Stop ordering from these people. Absolutely zero value for the money and pathetic quality. The taste is now declining too. Don’t know what they are...

This was Sunday night and me being alone at home studying thought to enjoy their newly introduced Fried Chicken by the name of Chicknosh

To be honest i ordered from their website as sometimes fp doesen't do justice to the food

To my surprise Burger Lab has gone down considerably since time has passed. Today i ordered Labs fried chicken deal at 9pm (which got received at 10:25pm almost 90 mins afterwards).

The food was cold, soggy and fries were elastic and the sauce was missing from the order (this is the second time that has happened)

I know nothing would change as kal koi jake wahan khake aaega and kahega mera review dishonest tha but im sharing my personal experience and afterwards this Malir Branch didn't pick up my phone too to get the feedback

Such a waste of money and resources. I could have ordered KFC jiske Colonel ka yeh advertisement mein mazaaq...
