It was a great experience. The staff and the whole team was very nice and cooperative and sooo polite. especially a girl Hania(restaurant manager), she was sooo sweet literally she was a wonderful girl. We had a sudden plan to celebrate birthday at Pink Villa. I didn't have a reservation in advance and it was quite crowded the whole restaurant was full. but still, Hania handled everything very well, she arranged the entire birthday setup within 1 hour on my request. and I was calling her again and again, she always came and listened to me with the same smile and heart. so we had a great time. environment, food and decor was also too good. definitely recommended to others specially if you wanna celebrate your birthday, bridal shower...

I would rate this experience as extremely disappointing if there were an option for a negative ranking. The service was subpar, with staff that seemed inadequately trained. The prices were exorbitant—Rs.100 for a dry, papadam-like naan is simply unjustifiable. Additionally, the crockery was unclean and of poor quality. The food itself was awful.

I addressed these concerns with the manager, she defensively justified the shortcomings. This lack of accountability and customer care only added to my frustration.

Well starting from the environment because the most lovely thing was the ambiance of this restaurant❤️.. a very calm and smooth loved the atmosphere totally. It is a magical place and the food also has a great taste🥰❤️. This place is heavily perfect for girls ✨❤️ Loved the experience. Heard so much about it and thought to try and i am not disappointed.... If you are looking for a bridal shower or birthday place, then this is a must place to try. Delicious food, great ambiance, and great hospitality. The servers are professional and polite.
