Broadway Pizza - SMCHS — Restaurant in Karachi Division

I placed my order on 12 Feb from their website at 8:58pm ,their website keep on crashing so we had to to order 3 three times ,and the third time their website also crashed and we weren't aware that the order is placed so we called at Broadway at 9:00pm and your caller was having issues ,and there was much background noice he asked us to hold which took 2 min and then asked us to recall ,we recalled Broadway to ask if our order was placed or not ,he said it was placed I then asked him to recall my order and the order had mistake ,it was thin crust and not stuff crust we ordered I asked him to change the thin crust to stuff crust but he replied that your order is placed 4 min ago and it would be in the oven so it can't be changed ,I said him that I didn't received any confirmation call or any thing and I wasn't even aware that the order was placed ,he then said That I am updating the branch regarding it if it would be possible so they will call you I received the call at 9:11 they said that it's been 4 min and the pizza is in the oven ,I told him that no one eats thin crust in my house and what would I do with the whole 20 inch pizza he said k "aap is baar Chala Lein agli baar Sahi hoga" I didn't had any choice left although I could have not received your order ,but it would then be unethical moreover I received the order confirmation message from their side on 13 Feb at 8:11 am I didn't received any confirmation message from your side on time,and the 20 inch pizza was placed in the oven in 4 minutes?? Sizes of the pizzasss…… Bread: 6 Inch flat Medium: 10 Inch Large: 13 Inch They also have slice available of 20 incher pizza, and you can also get the half and full side 20incher pizza. They have many flavors, like; Beef: Chicago Bold Fold, Mamma Mia Classic, Godspell Beef Load Chicken: Chicken pizza have many flavors like, dancing fajita, wicked blend, phantom, gypsy euro, BBQ, Westside garlic and many more…… Whereas people can even customize your pizza and that will be the best option for me……. The have some very different deals for family, friends and other type of dine in, delivery and take away. The ambience is good and the best part is the follow up QoS call you get next day for feedback. If you are a pizza fan this would be a good choice. Good for groups and it does attract a trendy crowd. Peak hours can be a cause of order delays sometimes. Among the best pizza main stream places in karachi... I'd go for their Chicago bold fold or God spell beef load pizza any day :) Good Environment, but the music is too loud sometimes. Service is great. Parking is an issue unless you get an easy way...

So i have been regular customer of broadway since 2017 and till 2020 my only choice for pizza was broadway then they degraded their quality so I stopped ordering.. then recently i have seen so many sponsored videos like if junejo is featuring broadway so there is something they have upgraded so i ordered last night dancing fajita cost 1400 and filled crust extra 200 so with dc it costs me around 1680 well cut in short pizza was so dry filling wasn’t on mark straightaway disappointed i launched a complaint on their WhatsApp so they contact me and tbh the manager named Saqlain haider was super co oprative he delivered me a same large size in arabic ranch flavour and boss what an experience i just got same nostalgia back in 2017 the flavour the freshness overall same as they were before. Then i appreciate them on their quick customer care and asked them k bs kbhi b me order kru to please ese hi rkhna taste and quality
