đ¨ PUBLIC WARNING â Donât Waste Your Money on this so called pathetic third class restaurant đ¨
I'm sharing this so that people know the reality before spending even a single rupee here.
The first time I ordered their Singaporean Rice, they didnât even add the shashlik sauce â the one thing that actually makes it Singaporean Rice. I complained, but instead of accepting their mistake, two of their customer representatives called me a liar and misbehaved with me in the rudest, most unprofessional manner. Till today, no action has been taken against their staffâs behavior.
Today, only because of my familyâs insistence, my sister placed another orderâand once again they proved just how careless and unprofessional they are. They sent us noodles with a horrible foul smell, literally spoiled food, and so-called pizza fries that were worse than anything youâd get from a roadside stall. At Rs.660, the portion size was so small that even Rs.50 chips from a street vendor would have been more filling and far better in quality.
The taste was pathetic, the quality was 3rd class, and the quantity was an insult. As for the chickenâthey throw in just one or two tiny pieces as if theyâre doing customers a favor. Honestly, it feels like they just want to send empty boxes and take peopleâs money.
And when you complain, they donât even accept fault. Instead, they shamelessly reply: âNo, your order was perfectly delivered.â This is not serviceâthis is pure dishonesty and disrespect towards customers.
â ď¸ To everyone reading this: If you value your health, if you donât want to eat spoiled food that can literally make you sick, if you donât want to waste your hard-earned money, and if you donât want to deal with rude and unprofessional staffânever order from this place.
Their food is disgusting, their service is pathetic, their staff is rude, and their system is based on cheating customers. I genuinely donât understand how they are still running or who actually tolerates their garbage food.
My advice to all: Save your money, save your health, and save yourself from regret. Donât ever trust this restaurant with your food. They are not worth itânot for the taste, not for the money, not...
Read moreExperienced a very bad customer service at Foods Inn As I always loved their food taste, so I along with my friends decided to go there.
We reached there and asked for rooftop sitting. But to our surprise, we were provided a table where there was no stand fan available. Yeah like in that hot summer, they didn't have proper arrangement for fans. Few of the tables had them, so we asked manager to share with us or atleast get us a separate one. But he was unable to manage.
Then we gave food order at 8:45 pm, but we weren't served till 10:15 pm. People who came after us were served food, they finished and even went back but we were still waiting there for food. During that time, we asked them MANY MANY MANY times about how long will it take or if it's gonna take too long we can go no problem. But they reassured us by saying "Bas ek minute" and 1.5 hour passed. We kept complaining to manager too but nothing.
Finally when we paid the bill, even after knowing every scenario the manager again came and asked for reviews. We told him truth. The food taste itself was so so good as usual, won't deny the fact. But sitting at rooftop in this hot weather without even a fan and food served after 1.5 hour destroyed our moods.
He said, yeah I understand that. Please, we would like to serve you guys with some sweet or ice cream. We denied a lot but he kept insisting and asked one waiter to serve us ice creams. We again waited for good 10 minutes that too because it would look so rude to leave since he insisted a lot. But again, no one appeared. Nobody served us anything so we left.
I really don't understand what's the point of allowing so many customers to get in when you can't serve them timely? No one's coming there to waste this amount of time.
I would really request Foodsinn to make their customer service better and serve them timely. Plus, atleast get some arrangements done to make the ambiance suitable for customers to sit at...
