Ahhh! The good old days...when we could just step into the Javed Nehari restaurant in Naseerabad and waited for our turn by literally holding the chair of the person who was still eating. 😆 Eating Nehari was a Ritual and Javed Nehari was a legend. But that was 2 decades ago. Now, things have changed! When we stepped into the Javed Nehari restaurant in bahadurabad. It was a new and nice building and of course crowded coz it was weekend. It was really ironic to find that there were few Vertical AC working to chill the small family dining hall, but since it was not covered, we could still feel the heat. That's a literally waste of energy and money. The place lacked coziness and comfort, traditional eateries provide these days. We saw the menu and found out that Nehari was not the only thing on menu, they now offer Biryani and Pulao as well. Intrigued, when we ordered both along with Nehari, we found out that Nehari was the only option we had.😀 We went ahead and ordered Nehari. It was ok. The taste and quality of Nehari gravy and the meat was Not able to meet our expectations and take us back in time when no one could offer Nehari like Javed. Disappointed, we went on to give it another shot by doing what we all always do with Nehari, Yess...We took some away with us to have it a go on breakfast next morning. But to our utmost disappointment, by the time we reached home (which was almost 45 mins) the Nehari started having bubbles on the surface. It has never happened to us! The weather was pleasant, the car had AC turned on the whole time. But still, the Nehari went rotten. So, No more Javed...
