Anyone could guess that this place is just another overpriced coffee shop, but i was surprised to find out that it’s actually even worse than the average one you see. For context on why I even ordered anything after my first coffee, I sat here for around 5 hours as I was doing some work.
First of all, I only came here out of necessity as the one I usually go to was closed this morning. I asked them to give me coffee recommendations, and to just go with what they suggest. they ever so coincidentally gave me a coffee with an ice cream scoop add on which coated 200 rupees more, but this is obviously some sort of chalaaki that they did taking advantage of the situation.
Since I was doing some work, I ordered a chicken caeser salad shortly after. I don’t even know what words to use for the dish they gave me. Not only did the chicken just taste rubbery and not real, it wasn’t anywhere near a chicken caeser salad. It was filled with some weird sauce that was so sour and slightly bitter that you could not taste anything besides it. The salad had no croutons either. I initially wasn’t going to say anything, but the waiter had asked me if I was enjoying my meal. Initially, I thought they had good service as he offered to replace the dish with fries. I agreed to this.
Later on, I ordered a cookie. Even though it was warmed up, it was so hard and stale that I struggled to break it. I complained about this as it was practically inedible and they just warmed it up more as if that would improve the quality and taste of it. It was probably sitting out for 24+ hours for it to be that hard.
When I asked for the bill, I saw they charged me full price for the salad. Upon seeing this, I asked about it and they said it’s because they would go into loss. When I complained that any decent coffee shop or restaurant would typically not offer to replace something if they were going to charge full price for something the customer didn’t even eat, they didn’t care. When I said that it’s alright as I’ll be leaving a review anyways, they frantically began assuring me that they’re taking it off my bill and replacing it with the price of fries. They expected me to react to that as if they’ve done me a favor by cutting 300 rupees off of my bill.
I wish I would have gotten the names of these waiters, but I left immediately after paying.
Horrible quality and service. Seriously no standard of anything over here. You’re better off going to a more ethical place that actually has good morals and doesn’t make people pay for something they...

Attention all food adventurers and unsuspecting victims of culinary calamities! If you're thinking of diving headfirst into the abyss of disappointment known as Coffee Planet's Iftar Platter, allow me to be your guide through this gastronomic nightmare.
Picture this: Six brave souls, armed with empty stomachs and high hopes, descended upon Coffee Planet like explorers venturing into uncharted territory. Little did we know, we were about to embark on a culinary rollercoaster that would leave our taste buds bewildered and our wallets weeping.
Our journey began with the promise of refreshment in the form of a mint margarita. What we received, however, can only be described as a lukewarm puddle of disappointment masquerading as a beverage. If mint was meant to be a ghost in this concoction, it succeeded admirably.
Next up, the much-hyped special dates. We were expecting a symphony of flavors, a divine revelation in each bite. Instead, we were treated to a lackluster performance by a cast of forgettable fruits. Special? More like spect-awful!
But wait, there's more! The loaded fries arrived at our table with all the fanfare of a deflated balloon. Where were the promised mountains of toppings? Instead, we were greeted by a sad excuse for "loaded" fries—more like lightly dusted fries with a sprinkle of chicken confetti and a hint of cheese. Truly, a masterpiece of mediocrity.
And then, the pièce de résistance: the burger and steak. If the burger were any tougher, we'd need a chainsaw instead of a knife. As for the steak, well, let's just say it had all the tenderness of a wooden plank. We made valiant attempts to conquer these culinary foes, but alas, our taste buds waved the white flag in defeat.
In conclusion, dear readers, save yourselves the agony and avoid Coffee Planet like the plague during Ramadan—or any other time, for that matter. Your taste buds will thank you, your stomach will thank you, and your wallet will thank you. Trust me, you'll be doing yourselves a flavor!
Bon appétit......
Read moreOk so firstly I saw a vlog of it, then I checked it's reviews they were all too good so I thought it would be one of the best shop's out there in Pak. I was greatly disappointed, the burgers were cold, I myself saw them heating it in microwave which was outside the kitchen to the cashier side, which means it wasn't freshly made, still 2 of my burgers were cold including club sandwich Talking about main course which so hyped, I tried it they weren't that good😭 It's like I wasted my 10k. Only stuffed chicken in main course was edible, even parmesan main course didn't justified it's taste & is extremely overhyped. Now coming towards th service, it was ok at some point but at the time of payment the server & cashier started saying us to pay by cash eventhough we told him we will pay by card Also on card their was 5% gst and on cash there was 16% gst still he kept bugging as to pay through cash. Keeping it aside we didn't had cash at that time, we had card but they were continuously insisting us on cash. Then about the atmosphere, it was fine then they told us to move to downstair/basement, we were fine with that even though there was enough space the place we were initially sitting. Downstairs their was strong stench of cigarettes etc we tolerated that, then there comes bunch of group downstairs they started smoking, my sister has allergy we told the server, he did asked them but no action was taken we told the server we r moving back upstair. Then we left the basement.
I would not recommend any one to try their food just waste of money and over hyped, overall 2/10. And also for those who r going to their just for that deal of them which is going popular on social media that's only from 3 till 7pm. Which we didn't know initially but bcz of it's good review we didn't mind and thought to give it a try but it just turned out to be overly hyped and total waste of time & money. They just worked on the food outer appearance but forgot...
