ChinaTown & JadeCafé, JoharTown — Restaurant in Lahore City Tehsil

I visited jade and Chinatown Johar town branch with some of my colleagues for lunch. We ordered two different types of soup and jades combo platter as appetizers.

As you can see, the baked potato from that platter was not even washed.

Proper dirt is there. we had taken the first bite and called the waiter who took the platter to get it replaced. However our starters were destroyed and we didn't want to continue the lunch , so we got takeaway the rest of the food and paid them with no compensation.

Whoever is the owner of that branch I request you to please atleast let people...

Food was below average ..Taste was not upto the mark. And service was extremely pathetic.. a natural event of vomiting can happen with anyone .my baby vomited and their behaviour was like it is something that never happend with anyone anywhere in the world. the reception guy was starring at us with full anger and waiters were laughing and roaming looking at us. This branch lacks professionalism. Staff is not well trained. I have been a big fan of Jade's cafe from the start, have visited almost all it's branches. Now my office is nearby the Johar Town Branch and it's my Fourth visit here. Taste is good as ever, but sometimes food is delayed too much, casual behaviour of staff, few seats do not get AC's air and few get too much. Overall it's a good place to be.
