I recently visited Karachi Silver Spoon with family and we ordered the barbecue platter, fish, and karahi. The ambiance was nice, but the service was a bit slow.

The barbecue platter was a mix of hits and misses - the chicken tikka was good. the seekh kebabs were okayish not the best the malai boti was good but really small in size like a normal piece cut in half.

The fish was over cooked, it was dry and had a slight fishy hinge to it upon asking they said it's from the, so, the seasoning could have been better. The rice were not fresh.

The karahi was the highlight of our meal - it was spicy, flavorful, and had a generous serving of meat. it was actually undoubtedly good.

However, the portion sizes were okay considering the prices.

Overall, our experience at Karachi Silver Spoon was average. The food was decent, but not exceptional. The quality of the food needs to be improved.

the staff was good and friendly. the food took around 30 minutes to come.

Would I recommend it? Meh. Would I return? Probably not.

My friends and I decided to go to a fast food restaurant to grab a meal. The board of this restaurant is very misleading, it says fast food restaurant, when it was very slow.

We ordered a Jumbo Malai Boti with Mayo roll and 2 chicken malai boti mayo rolls. The only difference between the 2 is the size. I ordered my roll without chutni, as the chutni they have is not to my liking. The food itself was ok, the malai boti was soft and tender, the paratha was a bit crispy and the mayo was the cherry on top. The problem was with the service.

It took them about an hour to give us 3 paratha rolls. That is by no means the pace of a "fast food" restaurant. The other customers were also annoyed at the speed of the restaurant. Other than the service, menu items are a bit expensive.

Tldr; don't come to this restaurant and save your money.

P.s. I visited this restaurant a few days ago and this time their service was quick. The food was also the same. Changed my rating...

I ordered rolls from Karachi silver spoon johar town and eventhough I called them personally to tell them to make rolls without oil and they confirmed yet I recieved oily rolls and when I called them for explanation they adversely blamed me in very harsh rather disrespectful tone that I should have mentioned this suggestion through foodpanda where I placed the order originaly. They eventually agreed that there had been a confusion but still neither they had the spine to apologize for their mistake nor any manner of talking. Its quite pathetic to see such restaurant with immorally degrading customer response. If you are looking for a respectable environment this place is certainly not recommended they definitely lack customer dealing qualities. P.S: I went there on my car to return the faulty order in their face...
