The worst case of management ever! I had called 3 hours earlier to make a booking but was told by Amjad that there is no option for reservation on weekend and that we will get a table when we arrive. We arrived at 8:20 PM only to be told that we will have to wait 20-30 minutes for a spot. However, those 30 minutes turned to an hour of wait. We asked again and the manager told us to put in an order so that we are served the moment we get a table. We obliged and put in an order at around 9:20 PM. We waited another 20 minutes and were brought to our table. Sadly, we were not served for another half an hour. Empty glasses were placed on the table and we had to ask for a bottle of water. We were seeing the junior floor manager jumping from one table to another apologizing to customers while the senior manager stood still. Upon asking for at least the starters to be served we were told they'll be coming up in a minute however that too took about 20 minutes. The management seemed apathetic of the situation and our patience exhausted at around 10:40 PM. We left the table and no one- absolutely no one, from the senior management tried to reconcile the situation rather they sent the junior floor manager to apologize. We were done at that point. This restaurant is the perfect example of what a restaurant must NOT be! Poor space management, long waiting queues, preferential treatment, pathetic service and delusional management- a perfect recipe for disaster. Heard a lot about this place and mainly interested in the palak chaawal! Went and tried their cheese naan, it was the first time, I had a well seasoned cheese naan, could've had better filling on the sides. Chicken karahi was an unexpected star of the day. The naan and roti need improvement for sure. Definitely going to be a repeat order. The beef kabab was awesome in size and taste. Definitely going to try their other kabab offerings. Then we finally got the palak but the rice were missing.. The management told us the waiter had dropped that dish and they're remaking those. We ended up waiting an extra hour. Spending a total of 2 hours at the restaurant.. Thank God the seating was comfortable. The palak was awesome but the rice were not up to the mark but that could've been because of the remaking and it not getting it's proper time. (they did have a strong smell which I personally found weird but I won't judge it based on that night) The management brought us a shahi tukra serving as compensation for waiting but they were so dry and hard that we had to fight to break into the bread.. Felt bad saying anything until the end when we were done. But it seemed like an old batch! Sweet gesture but disappointing quality!

When I first entered this place, I was amazed to see such a beautiful ambiance in Johar town. But that was Sunday, a very busy day and we went there without booking so we had to wait a while to get a table. People prefer this place for large family gatherings, however sitting is small there. Well to my surprise they charge for decor( currently 2k), which I think should be complimentary as they don't have a separate hall or sitting for events. They just put a background frame with your choice of balloons and that's it. Coming to the food, We ordered mutton karahi, chicken biryani, chicken Rajasthani handi, cheese chicken kebab and garlic naan. Mutton karahi was on point 10/10. Chicken Rajasthani 8/10 Chicken cheese kebab 10/10 Garlic naan 10/10 Chicken biryani 7/10, though aroma of that biryani was all around but taste was a bit disappointing. The menu needs a bit of an upgrade, as they don't have some items which were mentioned on the menu. Service was good, they were managing well despite the busy hours. Crockery was clean.
