Dhaba De Baltistan — Restaurant in Rawalpindi Cantonment

Visited there first and the last time. Order their steamed dumplings and waiter told 10mins for the serving time. After 20 mins after asking again I was told to wait for another 10mins. In total 30 mins passed but steamed dumplings were not served. We were already short of time and I told the same and the reason for ordering dumplings was the shortage of time. But we were not served. After 40mins I asked to cancel and we were about to leave but the waiter said k "Order cancel nai hota". I gave him money and told him to eat the dumplings himself and keep the money too. Only then he apologized on their such pathetic service.
