Hotpot embodies the rich tradition and culture of authentic Chinese cuisine. At its core, it is a communal dining experience where friends and family gather around a simmering pot of broth, cooking an array of fresh ingredients right at the table. The hallmark of hotpot dining is its emphasis on hygiene, as each diner has access to a live kitchen on their table, ensuring that ingredients are cooked thoroughly and to individual preference.

Read moreI’ve been to this joke of a place twice. And both times? Absolute disaster.
First time I walk in — the place is packed. Cool, I get it, popular spot. We sit down, place our order. You know how long it took? 40 damn minutes. The service? Garbage. The waiters were headless chickens — running around, ignoring everyone. No system. No discipline. Chaos.
I thought, “Alright, maybe it’s just the rush. Let’s give them another shot.”
So I went again. This time, the place wasn’t even crowded. But guess what? Took 15 minutes for a waiter to even notice us. I had to wave at him like I was stranded on an island. Finally, he walks over, we place the order — and then we wait… and wait… 50 minutes later, they show up and casually say, “Oh, we don’t have noodles.”
AFTER FIFTY MINUTES?!
And just to rub salt in the wound — people who came after us were getting served before us. Unbelievable. This place is a circus. A clown show. They treat local customers like trash.
Hotpot? More like Hot FLOP.
I’m done. I’m taking legal action. This place needs to be shut...
Read moreThe most authentic hotpot experience I've come across in Pakistan. Though expensive! There are a few issues though: too many flies, lack of cooling during warmer months, and on both previous visits I've been startled by the owner shouting loudly up the stairs (or down it) to communicate with other staff members. On my last visit there were screaming children (not sure if they were the owners) who were running up and down the stairs, into the kitchen and back quarters. Made the entire experience not very enjoyable. Other than that the food is brilliant: full of flavour, dipping sauces which you make up yourself according to your tastebuds are the highlight, and no matter how much I eat, I never feel bloated. Could eat here all day, everyday, subject to certain areas of improvement being...
