I have been visiting this place for almost a year now. on my first visit I had my therapy from Timmer and from that day I visit them at least once or at times twice in the week. On 27th Dec 2023 I went their with my two friends and I told them on the reception in the presence of their Owner Mr Adnan that they are my special guest so give them the best therapist. Timmer was on a leave that day so they recommended Any and Esha . Their therapy got started and after 3 minutes one of my friend told me that he is nit satisfied with the pressure of the therapist.I ask the lady on reception to please replace the therapist and She replied first you have to make the payment then we will change the therapist.I said don’t worry M a regular client and I will make the payment but the only thing I want is that my guest should get satisfied. So please change the therapist.The girl on the reception started arguing.I asked her Okay what if I pay you and my guest don’t get satisfied with the therapy? She said we can’t do anything then. I asked my friends to come back and asked the receptionist to call their owner I want to talk to him.She replied “we are not allowed to do that” I said what do you mean by that .M your client and I pay you every time without any bargaining so its my right to talk to your owner if M not satisfied with the services. She said “Sir kahin bhar gaye hain “ she was laying their owner was present there when I entered. They are very unprofessional people with pathetic costumer service who have no idea how to deal with their regular clients.Will never go to this place again But yes Timmer is one best therapist who is very professional and courteous.I will miss her therapy and I would recommend her not to work on this...

Went to the spa on 7/6/24 the warm welcome which we received was astonishing the cleanliness was 10/10 the security guy was very helpful , rates were very reasonable and the reception staff took care of us very well ,

Sonia was professional in her job.Not at any point did i feel uncomfortable overall...

One of the best ever SPA I have ever visited so far, believe me its the best in Islamabad with very professional staff, tremendous atmosphere, and the staff hospitality is also beyond words.
