Hot N Chilli — Restaurant in Zone 1

It's more of a take away restaurant though they do have a very basic and functional seating arrangement upstairs. They offer a good variety of baryani rice, BBQ and paratha rolls. Cooking standard is very good and most of their items taste better then similar items served on other eating places in the vicinity. If you order a baryani on takeaway, they pack it in a very nice clay pot which keeps it warm and tasty. Clay pot is a bonus. Their roll parathas are also of very good quality. Rates are quite reasonable and it will cost you around 300 to 800 per person, depending on the order which is actually quite cheap. If you order a takeaway than it might take a while as they give preference to people dining in the restaurant and most of the time you will find the small restaurant filled to capacity. So be patient and wait in your car in the parking area. The waiters will take the order from the car and bring your stuff there; no need to get down. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. Looked like they were awefully short of manpower. Only 1 person served as order-taker who served the food too. For a floor with 50-60 person sitting and a house full.... that already meant trouble. To add to that, a wait time of about 50-70 minutes, indicating a lack of sufficient kitchen / cooking facilities as well. Took them 20-30 minutes to serve water. Today I went with my family at @hotandchilli f-10. I ordered the food and I saw the prices are a bit high but usually I go to them and their quality and quantity is good but when I visited today they served the food in such less quantity( specially the handi/rice /bbq as compared to the prices that I was shocked .
