I recently visited the WeDrink tea shop at F-10 Markaz Islamabad with high expectations, only to be thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a large Brown Sugar Pearl tea, and to my shock, I was served in a used tea glass with another lid seal placed over the existing one. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards.

Moreover, the staff was highly unprofessional, showing a lack of basic service etiquette. Upon discussing my experience with relatives, I learned this branch has a reputation for similar complaints, indicating a consistent pattern of poor service quality.

If such issues persist, they may tarnish the reputation of WeDrink's other branches—particularly the I-8 Markaz branch, which, in contrast, is known for excellent service and professionalism. It is imperative for the owner to address this situation and ensure stricter oversight on franchise operations. I’ve visited two to three times now, and every time has been disappointing. One of the biggest issues is their customer service — it’s extremely poor. Their staff is completely untrained, and you’ll often find six to seven people crammed behind a small counter, creating unnecessary chaos. They speak rudely (apas main) and still take 15 minutes just to hand over a single drink, even when there’s no crowd.

Their supply chain also seems to be a mess. Most of the drinks are simply unavailable. I’m attaching a picture of their menu where over 90% of the items are crossed out. Every time you ask, they say things will be fixed in two or three days, but it’s been over two weeks now and nothing has changed.
