Al Basha — Restaurant in Bella Vista

This place had some of the worst customer service I ever experienced. Our waitress and waitor(because we got 2) were both incompetent and made our dinner feel as if it was a chore to them . I would not return to dine here but I would take to go. They have many vegan options but need better information on how to treat paying customers. They made many mistakes and forgot quite a few dishes, did not apologize and then even took over 20 minutes to recieve the bill after asking 3x times. They also never responded via email in regards to their horrible service. We did enjoy the food better than other restaurants, it's just a shame that service made my family and I never want to return . The price was reasonable for the location, however the location was improper on waze making us get lost , but thank you we won't ever dine there again , So we won't have that problem . The one star is because the food W asnt bad! But the dj was starting to play as we were finishing , and that too was horrible. Al Basha!!! If you are visiting Panama City and don’t fit Al Basha into your plans whether you want a quick bite or a nice dinner or both AND great hookah, you’ll truly be missing out. Where do I start? When we came we were immediately greeted by the owner and seated by our waiter who was so sweet and learning how to speak English. I had a sangria paired with the best ceviche I’ve ever had! (And I’ve been to Guatemala so I can say that☺️) Shortly after we were surprised with amazing entertainment from the belly dancers who were also very sweet and beautiful! Oh, and the hookah? 10/10! Service was pretty slow. I went at lunch and only 3 tables were taken. I waitress, and another 1-2 other waiters or whatever just sitting around Being while she did all the work. Took about 10 minutes to order after sitting down. Cook came out brought my food, it looked as if he messed up my order, but in fact it was the order of another one of the other tables. I told the cook and he just took the food back and laid it on the counter... a few mins later the other table tried to get the attention of the waitress and asked if it was their food just sitting there. it was. my food came out and it was a large portion but it was just ok.
