Outstanding Service from Hattie!

We had the pleasure of being served by Hattie during our recent visit, and she truly made the experience unforgettable. Despite a bit of a language barrier, she went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Hattie kindly recommended the lobster fettuccine — and wow, what a fantastic suggestion! It ended up being one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Her warmth and genuine effort to communicate with us were incredibly touching. Though her English wasn’t perfect, her kindness spoke volumes. She even graciously spoke into our translation app so we could understand her better — a small gesture that made a big impact.

Hattie’s combination of grace, patience, and attentiveness made the evening feel extra special. She absolutely deserves a 5-star rating, and we’re so grateful for her thoughtful service. Thank you, Hattie!

Tuvimos el placer de ser atendidos por Hattie durante nuestra reciente visita, y realmente hizo que la experiencia fuera inolvidable. A pesar de una pequeña barrera del idioma, ella hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y bien atendidos.

Hattie nos recomendó amablemente el fettuccine con langosta — ¡y qué excelente recomendación! Fue una de las mejores comidas que hemos probado en mucho tiempo. Su calidez y el esfuerzo genuino por comunicarse con nosotros fueron realmente conmovedores. Aunque su inglés no era perfecto, su amabilidad lo decía todo. Incluso tuvo la amabilidad de hablar directamente en nuestra aplicación de traducción para que pudiéramos entender mejor lo que intentaba decir.

La combinación de gracia, paciencia y atención de Hattie hizo que la velada fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, merece una calificación de 5 estrellas....

I had never visited this particular restaurant at this location. I had visited another one and this one was a definite different experience than what I had at the locale. The service from the waiters were beyond superior. I felt pampered and well treated. The food is amazing I had a fettuccine with mushrooms in a white mushroom sauce that was really delightful. My companion had a pizza with arugula, mozarella, and provolone cheese that was just amazing. I want to definitely come back to this place and order...

Very delicious italian food (strongly recommend the ravioli quattro formaggi). Very nice and fast service. Good drinks! A bit loud bcz of different bars next door.
